The stakes

Reorganizing never really stops.

Reorgs are no longer occasional events. Companies are constantly cutting cost, integrating teams, shifting work, and redesigning roles. The work still happens across disconnected spreadsheets, slides, and one-off analyses, exactly when the decision needs speed, clarity, and confidence.

The problem

Structure and cost live apart.

There's no shared data model underneath. Every change is manual, so a single restructure can take weeks, if not months.

Every change is double work.

Change the chart, then redo the cost.

Every option is a copy.

Comparing alternatives means another spreadsheet tab and another version of the slides.

Slow, when it matters most.

Manual rework burns the time you need to get a high-stakes call right.

The solution

Design, cost, and decide in one place.

OrgDrafter brings org design into one live model. Design the future-state org, understand its cost, compare your options, and decide with confidence.

01 · Direction

Get a direction shaped by your context.

Share the story behind the change, and get a recommended direction back: what to solve for, how it adds up, and where to start.

Define intent screen with a 2x2 grid of outcome themes and per-theme follow-up options.
AI-generated direction summarizing what to solve for, how the savings add up, and where to start.
02 · Org Health

See where you're overbuilt, and where you're thin.

Each flag is explained, priced, and ready to act on.

Org health rail listing savings opportunities by management span, support functions, and revenue teams.
03 · Benchmarks

Tune the benchmarks to how your teams actually work.

Tailor span targets and staffing ratios so recommendations are relevant to your org, not generic.

Span of control calibration dialog with an org-wide default and per-department archetypes.
Benchmark assumptions dialog setting coverage ratios per support function.
04 · Editing

Change the org your way: freehand, or a deliberate plan.

Make quick changes on the canvas, or stage them in a plan where every move carries its cost and reasoning.

Plan ledger staging role changes with a running cost total and an audit trail.
05 · AI Editor

Describe the change. AI drafts the plan. You apply it.

Ask in plain English, and the AI proposes every move, with a preview before anything ships.

06 · Scenarios

Compare your design options side by side.

See at a glance how they differ in structure and cost, down to the role.

Side-by-side comparison of the current org and a proposed scenario with cost and headcount deltas.
07 · Cost Mix

Know exactly what moved the number.

Volume vs. mix, current vs. draft. Every dollar of the swing explained, without a pivot table.

Cost Mix view breaking the cost change into volume and mix effects across departments.
08 · M&A and Integration

Two orgs in. One combined design out.

AI handles the heavy lifting: harmonizing departments and levels, building the combined leadership team and org shape, and surfacing the efficiencies gained. You review every step.

09 · Export

The leadership summary deck, ready when you are.

Department slides, financials, change detail. The math, the benchmarks, and the story line up in one deck.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How fast can I get started?

Same day. Import a CSV and you have a working model immediately, with no implementation project and no IT lift.

How is this different from spreadsheets, consultants, or other org tools?

Spreadsheets keep structure and cost apart, and they go stale. Consultants can help, but they're expensive and tend to leave behind static slides and models that lose value the day the project ends. Traditional org tools are expensive and built to track the org or for months-long enterprise rollouts, not to design change. OrgDrafter keeps structure, cost, and the story in one place: design-first, self-serve, and without the consultant fees or enterprise price tag.

Do I have to import my whole org to start?

No. Import a CSV from any HRIS, like Workday or Oracle, or start with a single department or scenario. You'll get value immediately, and you don't need a complete, perfectly-mapped org up front. Refine as you go.

Does the AI make changes on its own?

No. The AI proposes every move and shows you a preview. Nothing changes until you review and apply it.

How do I get access, and what does it cost?
